Fearless Leadership Training

Authentic Leadership from the Inside Out

Fearless Leadership is an innovative training program for women to find their most authentic voice and presence as leaders in business and life. I partnered with executive coach Angela Migliaccio, CPCC, to co-design and co-facilitate this curriculum based on our combined passions, professional backgrounds, and progressive leadership development technologies. 

Women who graduate from Fearless Leadership will:

Through six powerful principles, Fearless Leadership graduates will anchor themselves in true values, vision, self awareness, and intention. We use experiential learning techniques to explore the shadows of self-doubt and empower women with the personal courage to move toward a compelling vision with confidence and grace. 

I am closer to my Fearless Leader after the 6 weeks of this workshop having realized what my values are. I can see the different dimensions of a leader and which ones I need to work on. I feel more confident and have the tools to improve my leadership skills.
