2023 is almost complete. Pretty soon you’ll be bombarded with all the propaganda about New Year’s Resolutions and “New Year, New You!” But before you jump into what’s next, there’s an invaluable step women often forget.
That step is OWNING and INTEGRATING what we’ve already created.
As women, we do this through ritual.
For thousands of years, our ancestors gathered to mark significant milestones through ritual. As women, it’s built into our DNA. Ritual is a powerful embodiment of women’s natural capacity for navigating the perpetual death and rebirth process with grace. It’s our superpower for crossing thresholds and creating what’s next.
This year, I’m offering a series of guided rituals for women to fully claim the gifts of this transition from 2023 to 2024.
The first is a 2023 Closing Ritual on Friday, December 29 at 1pm pst. We will gather on Zoom for 90 minutes. This event is my FREE GIFT to you. (Recording will be available if you can’t make it live!)

When we give ourselves a sacred pause to look back at the past year, we remember how far we’ve come. We mark our growth. We build confidence by acknowledging all the challenges we overcame and dreams we manifested. We shift the focus from “what we don’t yet have” to everything we have already accomplished and created.
Pause. Take stock of how far you’ve come since January. Release what no longer serves you. Carry forward the lessons and growth. Celebrate all you’ve created, and most importantly, the woman you’re becoming!
