Kirsten grew up in Encinitas, California and began her career as an arts graduate from University of California Santa Barbara. She has completed 104 hours of in-person training at CTI, part of the ICF Accredited Coach Training Program, and will be a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach in early 2018. She is currently writing her first memoir to expand on the popular blog, My Salt Daddy.
When not planning the next Sunset Social women's gathering, Kirsten can be found practicing yoga or exploring new trails with her puppy. She fills up on inspiration through drawing, reading, swimming in the ocean and traveling abroad.
